• How do I minimize age related changes and improve my memory?

“This program is for healthy adults of retirement age who are interested in learning about memory changes that normally occur with age, and strategies to improve their everyday memory performance. The program will include education related to memory and aging, a focus on healthy lifestyle and its connection to memory, and plenty of practical strategies to improve your function at home and in the community.”
