Maternity Leave
Dear patients and friends,
It is with excitement that I share with you some happy news. This coming July I am expecting my second baby. I have already been overwhelmed with all the well wishes and kind words that many of you have shared with me over the past months. Although this time brings with it so much happiness there is also a responsibility to my patients I am considering.
As with many things in life, I hope to find a balance between family life and patient care. I will be taking off the months of July and August and slowly returning to practice in September. My plan is to start seeing patients one day a week. The next step will be to add more days incrementally depending on how myself and the little one are doing. To accommodate my current patients I will stop taking any new patients as of May 17th and will not start seeing new patients again until I am back to full time clinic hours. I hope this leaves sufficient room in the schedule for my current patients. I will be also offering phone consultations for current patients during this time to compensate for my shortened clinic hours.
For those who need to be seen in person while I am away, both Dr. Sonya Nobbe ND and Dr. Oscar Hernandez ND will be able to see my patients. We will do our utmost best to ensure you have a thorough continuation of care during my maternity leave.
I do suggest for those who haven’t seen me in awhile to book a follow up appointment before July 1st. If you have any questions or concerns about this upcoming time period please don’t hesitate to email me directly at drhuntnd@gmail.com.
Yours in health,
Dr. Angela Hunt BSc, ND
