Join KIHC’s Dr. Angela Hunt ND and Physiotherapist Christine Campbell for their integrative health series for proactive women. This series is designed to empower women to effectively address targeted aspects of their physical, mental and emotional wellness. Topics include heart health, healthy weight, fatigue, insomnia, strength, pain, exercise, arthritis, and stress management.

Strong Heart & Healthy Weight

Did you know that heart disease is the number one killer of women in Canada? This often overlooked issue in women’s health is subject to many risk factors that are entirely preventable or reversible. This talk is great for those concerned about heart issues, healthy weight, or who have a significant family history of heart disease. We will explore hormonal aspects of heart disease, and discuss cholesterol, diet, and exercise plans.

Energy, Fatigue and Sleep

Tired of feeling tired? With so many possible causes for fatigue it can feel overwhelming figuring out what to do. Let’s try to uncomplicate things. This talk is a step by step exploration of the different underlying reasons women feel exhausted, whether physical, hormonal, mental or emotional. Our goal is give you practical information to implement right away to start feeling better. Understanding the root cause is key – come learn how to do that!

Strength & Pain in Osteoarthritis
