Adrienne Nobbe, MHSc
Adrienne is a registered Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) who has experience treating clients of all ages with a variety of presenting difficulties and diagnoses. She has a special interest in motor speech disorders, articulation, accent modification, voice, and stuttering. She believes that communication disorders are multi-faceted health conditions that benefit greatly from an integrative and collaborative approach.
Adrienne acquired her Masters of Health Science in Speech-Language Pathology at the University of Toronto in 2009, and her Bachelor’s in Linguistics and Development Studies at Queen’s University in 2004. She is a certified instructor for Hanen’s It Takes Two to Talk and More Than Words programs, is PROMPT trained, has achieved levels I and II training for Cognitive Communication Disorders, and post-graduate training in childhood stuttering, apraxia of speech, and articulation.
Adrienne has enjoyed previous work as a Lead Clinician with 1 to 1 Therapy Services in Toronto, and is currently contracted part-time by KidsInclusive (formerly Child Development Centre) at Hotel Dieu Hospital. She has been in private practice in Toronto and Kingston since 2010, and sees clients in their homes or in a clinic setting.
Adrienne is registered with the College of Audiologists and Speech-Language Pathologists of Ontario (CASLPO) and maintains membership with the Ontario Association of Speech-Language Pathologists and Audiologists (OSLA).
