Dr. Sonya Nobbe
Dr. Sonya Nobbe is a Naturopathic Doctor and Director of Kingston Integrated Healthcare Inc. She has been practicing in the Kingston area since 2007.
“The healing capacity of the body is incredible, and our medical understanding of how to tap into this resource is still in its infancy. I am passionate about merging the wisdom inherent in many old healing traditions, with modern medical knowledge. My goal is to help you find the right tool to gently and effectively support your body’s efforts to self-correct.”
Dr. Sonya maintains a family practice, with a clinical focus on fatigue, insomnia, immune system disorders, microbial illness, and Lyme disease. She regularly contributes articles to local and national publications, and is fortunate to have participated in several government healthcare initiatives. She has enjoyed a variety of speaking engagements, including for Queen’s University, St. Lawrence College, Hotel Dieu Hospital, and Utilities Kingston. When not at the clinic, Sonya enjoys being inspired by her young daughter and niece, as they confidently explore the natural world around them.
Dr. Sonya is a graduate of Queen’s University and the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine. She is a member of the Canadian Association of Naturopathic Doctors, the Ontario Association of Naturopathic Doctors, and maintains licensure with the College of Naturopaths of Ontario. She has met the additional Standard of Practice for Prescribing in Ontario.
