Walk To Fight Arthritis: Volunteers Needed!

walk_logoThis June 4th, the first annual Arthritis Society’s Walk to Fight Arthritis will be held in Kingston and your help is required! The Arthritis Society Committee is currently looking for members of the community to join the fight, as we strive for an arthritis-free future. Kingston Integrated Healthcare’s Christine Campbell is the Marketing Coordinator for the Committee and is very excited to be a part of this event.

The Walk unites those who feel the emotional and physical pain of arthritis in communities across the country, to fund a cure and improve the lives of those living with arthritis. The Arthritis Society has been setting lives in motion for over 65 years. Since it’s founding in 1948, the Society has been the largest non-government funder of arthritis research in Canada.

As a Walk Partner you will join a passionate community that is determined to build awareness and raise funds for arthritis research and vital programs that enable people with arthritis to live well today. The Walk will also provide your organization with excellent exposure through a variety of widely distributed mediums while offering a venue to interact with a targeted audience of Walk participants on event day.

Your support can truly make a difference! Please contact Christine Campbell, Marketing Coordinator for more information and find out how you can be part of this inspiring cause.
