Graham is an Osteopathic Manual Practitioner and a part of our Kingston Integrated Healthcare team since 2011. Graham has enjoyed more than 20 years of clinical practice. He treats people of all ages.
“An osteopathic approach includes assessing and treating the body as a whole functional unit, and not just the location of pain or discomfort. This allows us to treat the underlying cause of pain rather than the symptom. As an Athletic Therapist, I understand the mechanics of injuries, their impact on the body, and the most effective exercise prescriptions for supporting healing. I combine this knowledge with advanced manual therapy techniques in Osteopathy to enhance the body’s ability to heal as quickly as possible.”
Graham is a graduate of theCanadian College of Osteopathy and a member of the Ontario Association of Osteopathic Manual Practitioners (OAO). He received his Diploma in Osteopathic Manual Practice (DOMP) after successfully defending his thesis titled “The Efficacy of Global Osteopathic Treatment on Exercise Tolerance and Cardiac Function of Patients with Atherosclerosis.” Graham is also a retired Certified Athletic Therapist and has held previous roles at Queens University, the Ottawa Rebel professional lacrosse team, theKingston Voyageurs hockey team, National Rugby teams, the Canada Games, and the National Figure Skating championships. He is also a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS).
