Our holistic nutritionist Trish Krause, invites you to join a FREE 5-day Sleep Better Challenge and get some information and tips on how to improve the quality and quantity of your sleep.

Starting on Sunday July 11th, Trish is going to go live on ZOOM for 30 minutes each day to talk all things sleep:

 

  • what happens during the sleep cycle and how it impacts your health
  • what nutrients can help or harm a restful night’s sleep
  • what role do hormones or digestion have on sleep
  • what are some natural ways to improve the quality of your sleep
  • what are some practical tips you can implement right now to start getting better rest
  • plus much more.

 

If you can’t join her live each day – the sessions will be recorded so you can listen to them later.  But you must register to get access.
