Farewell, from Courtney
I want to thank the staff of KIHC and each of the lovely patients I have had the pleasure of serving for the past 5 years. I have made the difficult decision to pivot to online/virtual practice and away from offering in-person consults at KIHC. I will still be offering Nutrition consults online only, starting November 1st.
I have enjoyed my time working with the wonderful staff at KIHC and will miss seeing everyone dearly. I have learned so much from my time at KIHC, I will take all the things I have learned and apply it to my virtual practice in the future. I know this is not the end of the special bonds I have made during my time there. I will keep in touch and know I am always an email away if you need any nutritional support.

- Customized meal prep for busy families (made fresh and delivered to your door)
- Supporting shift workers who have digestive issues
- General nutrition consults & weight loss support to get clear on your goals and how to reach them through holistic approaches
- Lunch & learns for schools or businesses
- Free discovery appointments to help you clarify if Holistic Nutrition is for you
