I’m so happy to be presenting again to the women at this weekend’s Bliss B4 Laundry retreat at Camp Kawartha! This year’s workshop: “Resolving Insomnia!” Here are some of the important resources I’ll be sharing with them this weekend:
Insomnia & Hormones Questionnaire: Identify your insomnia pattern and correlate it to imbalances in serotonin, progesterone, cortisol, and a myriad of other imbalances.
Sleep Journal: Keep track of your sleep for 30 days, but first start with some journal questions that might lend some perspective on your sleep concerns.
Sleep Hygiene & Tips 101: Did you know that sleep comes on more easily if your feet are warm and your body core is cooler? Or if you keep cell phones in another room? Take a look for more sleep tips.
Daily Habit Tracker: Because sleep is a 24-hour phenomenon and routine is critical to a healthy circadian rhythm.
