Āyurvedic Doctor, Āyurvedic-Yoga Therapist
Mona Warner, an Āyurvedic Doctor, Certified Āyurvedic Practitioner, Āyurvedic-Yoga Therapist, and author, is dedicated to the growth and nurturing of the global community through her passion for Āyurvedic and Yogic Education. She is a leader in this field, having enjoyed thousands of hours of international professional training, and as founder of Janati Yoga School – a facility she designed to train yoga professionals and offer unique programming, including a 200-hour foundations-level Āyurvedic training.
“I have learned that the things we do every day – eating, sleeping, working, moving, playing, breathing, and the company we keep – have the greatest impact on our overall health and well-being. Ayurveda is a rich and deep well of wisdom and experience that can guide each of us to balance, health, and happiness. I am passionate about sharing this wisdom with those who want to be balanced, healthy, and happy… which is one way we can make the world a better place.”
Mona is the author of 3 books: Āyurvedic Yoga, Ayurveda’s Three Pillars of Health, and the Grief and Ayurveda Workbook. She also runs a variety of online educational courses and programs for advanced students and beginners.
