Adrienne Nobbe, MHSc

Speech-Language Pathologist

The ability to communicate freely with others around us is an integral part of the human experience. Adrienne’s approach to communication disorders includes a holistic and collaborative focus that acknowledges the physical, mental, and social aspects of communication. Goals of therapy often include increased confidence in communicating with others.

Adrienne has been working in the public and private sectors as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) since 2010. Her clinical focus includes communication disorders that impact speech production, including  stuttering, articulation, apraxia of speech, and accent modification. 

Adrienne acquired her Masters of Health Science in Speech-Language Pathology at the University of Toronto in 2009, and her Bachelor’s in Linguistics and Development Studies at Queen’s University in 2004. She is a certified instructor for Hanen’s It Takes Two to Talk and More Than Words programs, is PROMPT trained,  and has achieved levels I and II training for Cognitive Communication Disorders. She has enjoyed previous work with the team at Kids Inclusive (formerly Child Development Centre) at Hotel Dieu Hospital, and as Lead Clinician with 1 to 1 Therapy Services in Toronto. 

Adrienne is registered with the College of Audiologists and Speech-Language Pathologists of Ontario (CASLPO) and maintains membership with her national association, Speech-Language & Audiology Canada
