Adrienne Nobbe, MHSc

Speech-Language Pathologist

The ability to communicate freely with others around us is a vital part of the human experience. Adrienne’s approach to communication includes a holistic and collaborative focus that takes into account the physical, mental, and social aspects of communication. Goals of therapy often include boosting confidence in communicating with others.

Adrienne has been working as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) in public and private sectors since 2010. Her clinical focus includes communication disorders that impact speech production, including stuttering, articulation, apraxia of speech, and accent modification. 

Adrienne acquired her Master of Health Science in Speech-Language Pathology at the University of Toronto in 2009, and her Bachelor’s in Linguistics and Development Studies at Queen’s University in 2004. She’s a certified instructor for Hanen’s It Takes Two to Talk and More Than Words programs, is PROMPT trained,  and has completed levels I and II training for Cognitive Communication Disorders. Her previous work includes roles at Kingston Health Sciences Centre, Kids Inclusive (formerly Child Development Centre) at Hotel Dieu Hospital, and as Lead Clinician with 1to1 Therapy Services in Toronto.

Adrienne is registered with the College of Audiologists and Speech-Language Pathologists of Ontario (CASLPO) and maintains membership with her national association, Speech-Language & Audiology Canada
