Our neighbour, the Kingston Alliance Church, has very graciously shared their parking lot with us since we opened in 2009. Please help us thank them, by contributing to their weekly food community outreach program. Bring 3 or more soup food items to your next health appointment, and we’ll offer you a reuseable KIHC tote bag in exchange.
In particular, they’re in need of soup broths or stock (canned or tetra packs), soup started kits, and canned or dried vegetables or legumes (e.g. tomato, lentils, beans, peas).
This June 4th, the first annual Arthritis Society’s Walk to Fight Arthritis will be held in Kingston and your help is required! The Arthritis Society Committee is currently looking for members of the community to join the fight, as we strive for an arthritis-free future. Kingston Integrated Healthcare’s Christine Campbell is the Marketing Coordinator for the Committee and is very excited to be a part of this event.
Please visit us at Kingston’s Shop Local Showcase, featuring over 100 local businesses.
Saturday May 7th, 9pm to 3pm at St. Lawrence College
Attendees receive complimentary coffee, tea, and a chance to win one of many prize giveaways. Admission and parking are free!

These changes have the real potential to remove barriers from an integrative team like ours working more closely with family health teams, community health centres, and hospital programs…
