Here’s the online community you’ve been searching for to support and encourage you to be the best you can be. Annual membership includes weekly coaching videos (intuitive eating, movement, motivation, strength training that makes sense), all designed to help women feel stronger, happier, and healthier. Their tool kit includes dozens of perks and offers from local businesses with mandates that align with these ideals. Courtney smHi! I’m Courtney O’Connor the newest addition to the KIHC team. I am a Registered Holistic Nutritionist who has a passion to see people fulfill their highest health potential. I am very excited to have the opportunity to serve and to assist you in reaching your health goals through a holistic approach. When our bodies are healthy, balanced and working in harmony, we are free to enjoy life to the fullest. We can focus on sharing our unique gifts and talents with the world and to be of greater service.

Holistic Nutrition is a modality in which client’s health is addressed from a whole person perspective; mind, body, and, spirit, using whole foods and complementary therapies. The mind, body and spirit are all connected and we aim to thrive in each area for optimal health.

Sound Healing – for Self-Healing and Transformation

Similar to ripples on a pond, sound is a pressure wave created by a vibrating object. Sound (pleasant and unpleasant) surrounds us whether we hear it or not. We use sound through our communication (conversation, music, TV). Since we are primarily composed of water, we also feel the physical and emotional effects of sound as sound travels faster through water than in air. We notice these effects when we tune into our favourite music, lean against a party speaker, hear children laughing, and hear family, friends or co-workers arguing. Our bodies are powerful resonators of sound. Sound has subtle, but profound effects on our body/mind, and spirit.
