We’re opening… Welcome back!

OpeningIt’s happening! Regulated health professionals have been given the green light for slowly reinstating in-person appointments.

We know many of you have been waiting patiently (and uncomfortably!) for manual therapy, but we have many government regulations to navigate and treatments will look a little different than they did before:

– Patients will receive a COVID-19 pre-screening questionnaire by email 1 day before their in-person appointment. Please complete this before your scheduled appointment time.

– Anyone with cold or flu symptoms must cancel their appointment (or switch to a video or telephone appointment). This may also be true if you’ve been exposed to someone with symptoms or travelled more than 100 km outside of the KFL&A region.

– Please wait outside in the parking lot until your allotted appointment time. (We need to keep the waiting room relatively empty.)

Please bring and wear a reusable or disposable mask or face covering. (Your practitioner will be wearing a mask also.)

– And of course, we must all maintain 2 metres of distance when possible, and wash hands before and after each appointment.

All currently scheduled telemedicine appointments are still telemedicine! We’re unable to switch your appointment to an in-person appointment at this time.

In-person appointments cannot be scheduled online. Please call or email Amber at the reception desk to schedule your appointment.

Curb-side pick-up for dispensary items remains in effect. Please call or email in advance to prepare your order for pick-up.

We understand that everyone’s safety needs and beliefs are different. Please respect others’ needs and reach out if you have any concerns about your risk during in-person or telemedicine appointments.

Thank you for your continued patience and support.

With thanks,

Dr. Sonya Nobbe, ND
