A message of farewells and new beginnings from Sarah Knight
Dear clients, colleagues and friends,
After six beautiful years of working from the healing space that is Kingston Integrated Healthcare Inc, I am making the move to focus my in-person practice entirely on my home treatment and workshop space in the West End of Kingston.
It has been an incredible journey with this powerful team led so lovingly and skillfully by Dr. Sonya Nobbe. From the moment Sonya and I met over Skype – months before my feet so clad in Irish soil had even crossed the Atlantic to land on these new shores – it was clear that our energy was a match. We each met a new sister that day, and this new sister of mine became a foundational force to the unfolding of a beautiful life for me here in Kingston, complete with a thriving healing practice. I will be forever grateful to Sonya for trusting her inner guidance and saying yes to having me on the team.
That the KIHC team is one so populated by incredibly talented and beautifully big-hearted practitioners (and reception staff!) is no surprise to anyone that knows Sonya, or indeed to anyone who has spent an hour in the healing presence of any of the people who work in this building. And although I will miss seeing these smiling faces regularly, it simply became clear that my energy was ready to make a physical move, and that new energy was waiting to flow into KIHC! With that, I add a loving welcome to Lisa Sabatini, a shamanic healing practitioner who makes a move from Ottawa to join us here in Kingston at KIHC…so yes in case you were wondering, the light around these parts did just get a little bit brighter!
My intention is to remain affiliated with KIHC, a part of this energetic circle I am so fond of and committed to, as a member of the Advisory Team. However, all appointment bookings will now go through me directly at humhealing@gmail.com. Finally, I would also like to take this opportunity to thank you all for what you have gifted me in allowing me to be part of your healing work. I recognize the deep honor in being permitted to hold you in your vulnerable places, to guide you there when you can’t get there yourselves, and to support you in allowing for the light to return to places that may have long been in the dark! Through every single one of you I have learned and grown as a human and as a healer, and I am deeply grateful to you all.
