Introduction to Mindfulness Course

Wednesday evenings 7:00 to 8:00pm
September 15th to 29th, 2021
Join Lisa Sabatini for some casual conversation and specific instruction on the practice of Mindfulness. Participants will receive most instruction on the first day, with follow-up sessions designed as opportunities to ask questions and connect with other participants.
Cost is a suggested $20 donation to True North Aid, a registered charity offering practical humanitarian support for Canadian Indigenous children and communities.
