KIHC COVID-19 Updates Summer/Fall 2021
Some communities are still struggling with COVID variants. Thank you for working with us to adapt to these evolving regulatory requirements! Please find some of our COVID-related appointment and COVID-screening policies, below.
- If you’ve had a positive COVID test or live with someone who’s had a positive test, please postpone your in-person appointment for 4 weeks. This extended period is intended to protect our more vulnerable clients, but if you’re struggling, let us know! We’re here to help.
- Telehealth consultations are still available for Naturopathic, Nutrition, Ayurvedic, Reiki, Pharmacy, and Psychology appointments. At any time and for any reason, if you’d like to switch your in-person appointment to a telehealth appointment, just let us know!
- If you have any cold or flu symptoms or exposure to someone with possible COVID-19 illness, or if you’ve traveled outside of Canada in the recent 2 weeks, please do not enter our facility. All people who enter KIHC must screen negative on the government-mandated COVID-19 screening questionnaire.
- To help us keep internal traffic to a minimum, please call or email ahead to have your supplements and prescriptions set-aside and paid for. We can do this by e-transfer to [email protected], or credit card over the phone.
Monday to Friday
9am to 5pm (closed 12 to 1pm)
For up-to-date information about COVID-19 cases in our community, please reference the KFL&A public health website.
If you have any other questions or concerns at all, please reach out! That’s what we’re here for.
