We’re searching for a part-time Office Administrator/Receptionist to support our busy team and health clinic. Mondays, Tuesdays, and part-day Wednesdays (approx. 18 to 20 hours).
Ideal candidate must have stamina for receiving and interacting with many clients, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and a positive attitude that motivates our team and clients. Multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment is an essential component of this position.
Position includes reception duties, dispensary management, internal communications, bookkeeping, community liaising.
Experience required:
- Minimum 2-years client relations or customer service experience
- Minimum 2-years experience comprehensive management of daily schedules and appointment bookings **for multiple practitioners**
- Familiarity with a variety of integrative and complementary healthcare modalities
Experience preferred:
- Dispensary (natural health products) management
- Familiarity with small business (e.g. bookkeeping, cash flow, marketing)
- Proficiency with clinic management software (e.g. Jane), Quickbooks, Microsoft Office, WordPress, Mailchimp
