Many of us here at KIHC are curious about the “why“. Why did this symptom start only a few months ago? Why does it only affect this client in the morning and not at night? And what does it tell us about how the body is functioning as a whole? Holistic medicine teaches us that symptoms reflect deeper processes in the body resulting from physical, emotional, environmental, and spiritual concerns. Integrative medicine teaches us that no one medicine has all the answers.
At Kingston Integrated Healthcare, we’re fortunate to have a large team of integrative health professionals who have the time to spend with clients to explore these questions and find answers. Some of our clients are surprised to discover that the best solutions can be as simple as a new-found awareness, lifestyle change, or targeted therapeutic manual treatment or supplement.
