COVID-19 Updates at KIHC
Thank you for keeping in touch as we try to stay on top of changes required to keep the more vulnerable members of our community healthy.
Our reception desk remains open to ensure you can refill your prescriptions and schedule or manage your telemedicine appointments with our team. However, our office hours have been reduced slightly:
10:00am to 4:00pm
Monday to Friday
**Please call or email ahead to have your prescription/supplement order prepared and paid for in advance.**
This accommodates social distancing guidelines. If you’re concerned about entering our clinic, give us a call from the parking lot so that we can deliver your package to your car.
Healthcare appointments have changed in the following ways:
1. Unless you’ve heard otherwise directly from your health practitioner, all in-person appointments have been cancelled until Tuesday, April 14th (after Easter). This includes physiotherapy, massage Therapy, acupuncture, and osteopathic manual therapy.
2. Naturopathic Doctors, Holistic Nutritionists, and our Clinical Pharmacist continue to offer online or telephone appointments. The can be scheduled online via “Jane”, or by telephone with Amber. (Existing in-person appointments are still being transitioned to online or telephone appointments.)
