“On Tuesday September 13th, I am starting a weekly meditation group. The best part about meditation is all you have to do is show up. That means if you have never meditated before but maybe you always wanted to, this is the group for you! For experienced meditators, the weekly company is a nice way to connect with others… You can sit on the floor, you can sit in a chair – whatever seat is most comfortable for you. We will talk a little bit about the process and then we will get into it. Afterwards, we get tea and treats, so really it is a win-win. For those who stick around after tea, we will discuss some yoga philosophy and learn more about this rich practice. All materials are provided and everyone is welcome.”
