Which Way To Spirit?

Spiritual HealthWhen human spirit is so much a part of health and healing, what does it mean for physical healing if you’re someone who’d rather talk about your bowel movements than of how you support your spiritual health?

For many people, the concept of “spirit” or spiritual health exists in undefined territory, outside our familiar or family experience. This can make it seem fringe, woo-woo, or even dangerous.

But consider when the last time was that you felt connected to something bigger than yourself. Was it outside in nature? In the majesty of a forest or under the stars? This is part of spirituality. And it’s a part of us.

Spiritual Health & Healing

In this beautiful and insightful collaborative video, our KIHC practitioners discuss how to move beyond fear or skepticism of our own spiritual process, what spirituality is and what it isn’t, and ways we can tap into this for ourselves as part of the healing work we’re asking our bodies to do: Which Way to Oneness? A Conversation on Spirituality and Healing (80 mins): Hosted by Sarah Knight, in conversation with Angela Hunt, Mary Broeders, and Mona Warner.

If you’re moved by this conversation to join a community & conversation circle with Sarah Knight, upstairs at KIHC on May 12th, please reach out to Sarah to reserve your place! You can do this here, on Sarah’s website.

Please also read Sarah’s post that outlines further why this gathering is so meaningful: So Far From Our Spirit Home… Yet it’s Only One Clumsy Step Away.
